AuthentiDate Deutschland GmbH (Düsseldorf, Germany), a wholly-owned subsidiary of AuthentiDate International AG, provides and develops standalone, manufacturer-independent software solutions for European and international customers. Apart from customary hardware, such as smart cards, this is the only software solution which enables the user to utilize personal signatures and time stamps within the company. It also provides users with the option to integrate advanced or qualified signatures into the solution and select the hardware on which the application will be run within their organization. PKI solutions are available with all AuthentiDate Deutschland GmbH offerings and are, like all other products and services, implemented centrally.
As an accredited certification authority in accordance with the Signature Law and EU Signature Directive, AuthentiDate is in close contact with the Federal Network Agency (BNetzA). Thanks to this long-standing intensive communication with the Federal Network Agency, the company is always able to implement new ideas in technical solutions at an early stage and to develop innovations that are ready for the market.
Hence, AuthentiDate was the first company to develop the concept of the central mass signature for business processes and to put this into practice for customers at home and abroad.
